WELLNESS CHEF SERVICES
Too busy to prepare healthy meals? Do you have a particular health condition or a diagnosis that has become overwhelming or maybe an upcoming surgery to prepare for? Let me take care of you.
Wellness Chef Services offer nutrient dense meals tailored to your personal needs and health goals. I mean, what more could you ask for?
Here how it works:
You fill out an intake questionnaire to inform me of your likes, dislikes, symptoms, health conditions and goals.
I assess the intake and create a delicious and nutrient dense menu designed to support your specific needs and likes. As a Functional Nutritionist I always incorporate my nutrition knowledge with each recipe and menu.
Once a menu is approved I come to your home and lovingly prepare all of the meals for you, label and store them in the fridge or freezer and then tidy up as if I was never there. Sounds dreamy doesn’t it? It is!
The rest of the week you enjoy ready made meals that are delicious and leave you feeling fully nourished while I start on your next menu
FAQ’s
How frequent do you cook?
Every week or bi-weekly can work as well depending on availability.
What areas do you service?
I cook within the GTA. Areas just outside of Toronto will require an additional travel fee depending on where you are located.
Do you grocery shop as well?
In short, yes! Although most clients prefer to do their own shopping some are just too busy. If you require grocery shopping done for you it is an additional service fee on top of the grocery bill.
What type of meals do you prepare?
Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks! It’s whatever you need the most help with, together we create a plan that works of you.
What types of conditions and/or diets do you work with?
I typically create menus that are gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free. Most recipes can be adapted so that you can add in dairy if that is your preference and if it is well tolerated.
I have worked with (and continue to work with) autoimmune conditions, cancer (specific interest in breast cancer), pre/post surgery, IBS, and those with food sensitivities and allergies etc
Types of diets include:
Paleo, Omnivore, Plant-based, Vegetarian, Vegan, Keto, Green Keto, Grain Free, low FODMAP etc.
